The rules that govern the website, course bookings, and refunds. Plain English.
These Terms apply to your use of flycraftchs.com, parkerh.com, and the services of Barryair LLC dba CRAFT Flight Training & Simulation (“CRAFT”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Last updated June 2026.
The Site is provided for informational and booking purposes. Don’t use the Site to attempt to harm it, scrape it, or impersonate anyone. We may change or remove any content at any time without notice. Prices listed are estimates based on current student data and may change without notice; quoted amounts at the time of booking are what apply.
Discovery Flights are non-refundable. If weather, mechanical, or unforeseen issues prevent the flight, we will reschedule at no charge. If you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, the flight fee is forfeited. Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance is free.
Because we pre-book DPEs, aircraft, and instructors weeks in advance, our cancellation policy is strict:
Full refund of deposit. Rescheduling is free.
No refunds and no exceptions. Once we are inside the 30-day window, we have committed to the DPE, aircraft, and instructor — and the DPE charges us to cancel.
Rescheduling is not allowed. You may rebook a future course at a later date by paying again from the beginning.
These rules exist so we can guarantee our 96 percent first-time pass rate and the locked-in checkride. If we let people cancel last minute, we couldn’t book DPEs reliably for anyone.
No refunds on Discovery Flights, completed instruction time, aircraft rental hours, simulator hours, sim memberships, materials, or any other CRAFT service after delivery.
Flight training is weather-dependent and safety-driven. Our CFIs have absolute authority over go / no-go decisions on every flight. Missed sessions due to weather are rescheduled at no charge whenever practical. We are not responsible for personal travel costs (hotel, flights, missed work) tied to schedule changes.
The CRAFT name, the Site, course materials, photos, videos, and branding are the property of Barryair LLC. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without written permission.
Flight training involves inherent risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept those risks. We carry insurance as required for our operations, but our total liability to you for any matter related to the Site or our services will not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site is the active one. Your continued use of the Site or our services means you accept the current Terms.
