This is the Privacy Policy of Barryair LLC dba CRAFT Flight Training & Simulation for the websites flycraftchs.com and parkerh.com (collectively, the “Site”). Visit the Site and you agree to this policy.

What we collect when you visit

Standard web analytics info, used only to see how the Site is performing and to improve it:

• Browser type and operating system
• Time and date of your visit and which pages you saw
• Referring site or search engine
• IP address and approximate country / city
• Device type (computer, tablet, phone)

None of this information personally identifies you on its own. We use small text files (cookies) for analytics and to keep our chat / form widgets working. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site may stop working.

What we collect when you contact us

When you fill out a form, send us an email, call, text, book a Discovery Flight, or otherwise reach out:

• Your name, email, phone number, and anything you write in the message
• Which form you used and which program or course you asked about
• For Careers applicants: your resume, ratings, hours, and references

We use this information only to respond to you and to manage our relationship as a current or potential customer. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We do not give it to other organizations or private parties unless we are required by law to do so.

Tools we use to handle your information

• HubSpot — our customer relationship database. Your contact info and conversation history live there so we can follow up.
• Resend — the service that sends our automated follow-up emails.
• Vercel — hosts our website.
• Google Workspace — our staff email (craft@flycraftchs.com).
• Calendly — for Discovery Flight scheduling.

Each of these vendors has its own privacy policy. Together they let us run a small flight school without a separate IT department.

Email and texting

When you submit a form or call us, we may add you to a follow-up email or SMS sequence. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Every text supports replying STOP to opt out. We do not buy or harvest contact lists.

Third-party links

The Site links to other websites (financing partners, social media, vendors). Once you click off our Site, the other site’s policy applies, not ours.

Your choices

• Email craft@flycraftchs.com any time to see what we have on file, ask us to update it, or ask us to delete it.
• Unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as we add or change tools. The version posted on the Site is the active one.
