A school by pilots, for pilots.

While some flight schools are focused on volume, CRAFT Flight Training and Simulation is pilot-focused. We know what pilots want and need to be their best – and we give it to them.

Giving back isn’t an option – it’s part of who we are.

We know that to truly be successful we have to give back to our local community and the greater aviation community as a whole.

Diverse perspectives are celebrated.

We believe different perspectives make CRAFT a better company. We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where you feel you belong.

Employees are treated like people, not line items.

Employees are whole people, with families, hobbies, and lives outside of work. We work continuously to create a work-life “fit” for us and the people we love.

Where we work.

Since CRAFT was founded in Charleston in 2012 (and acquired by current ownership in 2019), we’ve been lucky to add additional locations at Summerville and Moncks Corner Airports. Our team continues to grow as we look to serve the local, regional, and national aviation communities.
