Accelerated Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument Course

CFIIs are responsible for teaching pilots how to fly in instrument conditions as well as ensuring that instrument-rated pilots maintain their proficiency. As a CFII your privileges include: providing required training for instrument rating candidate, endorsing instrument rating candidates to take FAA oral and practical exams, and conducting instrument proficiency checks for instrument-rated pilots

During the training for this course, you will fly all maneuvers from the right seat within the parameters set forth in the Practical Test Standards (PTS).



  • 3 Days of training with the checkride on the 4th day
  • Dedicated CFI-I
  • Redbird FMX AADT Simulator instruction – up to 10 hours
  • Aircraft rental for checkride
  • Dual Flight Instruction in our Diamond DA40 w/G1000 – up to 6 hours*

Private Pilot License  $9,000 - $13,000
